Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in management consulting, strategy, product management, analytics or related fields.
• Experience developing roadmaps, governance, and strategic planning processes.
• Ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives end-to-end.
• Strong business acumen linking analytics to outcomes.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain the Interoperability Intelligence & Insights strategy and roadmap aligned to priorities.
• Manage intake, prioritization, governance, and execution across analytics, reporting, and operations.
• Partner with business leaders to translate needs into scalable analytics capabilities and reporting products.
• Support business cases, roadmaps, and prioritization materials aligning demand, capacity, cost, and value.
• Define and monitor success measures, adoption, value realization, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive delivery and measurable value across portfolio initiatives.
• Establish governance and operational frameworks to improve transparency and decision-making.
• Drive transition from custom reporting to self-service insights for efficiency and scale.
• Develop executive analyses, presentations, and business cases for leadership decisions.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment and executive readouts across the organization.
