The role focuses on governance, intake, prioritization, and scalable analytics capabilities, blending strategy, product management, and leadership to drive value across enterprise analytics and reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
5+ years in management consulting, strategy, product management, analytics, or related disciplines.
Experience developing roadmaps, governance structures, or strategic planning processes.
Ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution.
Strong business acumen and ability to link analytics to outcomes.
Experience translating business objectives into actionable requirements and delivery plans.
Excellent verbal, written, facilitation, and executive communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the Interoperability Intelligence & Insights strategy and roadmap aligned to enterprise priorities and business outcomes.
Manage intake, prioritization, governance, and execution across analytics, reporting, and operational initiatives.
Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities and translate needs into scalable analytics capabilities and insights.
Support development of business cases, roadmaps, and prioritization materials that align demand, capacity, cost, value, and outcomes.
Define and monitor success measures and adoption to realize value and efficiency.
Lead cross-functional efforts across business, analytics, data, product, and tech to drive delivery and value.
Establish governance and performance measurement to improve transparency and portfolio flow.
Drive transformation from custom reporting to reusable, self-service insights.
Develop executive analyses, presentations, and business cases for leadership decisions.
Facilitate stakeholder alignment and executive readouts across the organization.
