Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in management consulting, strategy, analytics, or related disciplines.
• Experience developing roadmaps, prioritization frameworks, or governance structures.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex cross‑functional initiatives from concept through execution.
• Strong business acumen and ability to connect analytics to measurable outcomes.
• Experience translating business objectives into actionable requirements and delivery plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Interoperability Intelligence & Insights strategy and roadmap aligned to enterprise priorities.
• Manage intake, prioritization, governance, and execution across analytics, reporting, and operational initiatives.
• Partner with business leaders to translate needs into scalable analytics capabilities and reporting products.
• Support development of business cases, roadmap recommendations, and prioritization materials.
• Define and monitor success measures, adoption, and value realization.
• Lead cross‑functional efforts across business, analytics, data, product, and technology.
• Establish governance and operational frameworks to improve transparency and decision‑making.
• Drive transformation from custom reporting to reusable self‑service insights.
• Develop executive‑level analyses and recommendations for leadership decisions.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment and executive readouts.
