Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in management consulting, strategy, analytics, or related fields.
• Experience developing roadmaps, governance, operating models, or strategic planning processes.
• Ability to manage complex cross‑functional initiatives from concept through execution.
• Strong business acumen linking analytics to measurable outcomes.
• Translating objectives into requirements, delivery plans, and success metrics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Experience in matrixed organizations with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Interoperability Intelligence & Insights strategy and roadmap.
• Manage intake, prioritization, governance, and execution across analytics initiatives.
• Partner with business leaders to translate needs into scalable analytics capabilities.
• Support business cases, roadmaps, and prioritization materials.
• Define and monitor success measures, adoption, and value realization.
• Lead cross‑functional efforts across business, analytics, data, product, and tech.
• Establish governance and portfolio flow for transparency and accountability.
• Drive transformation from custom reporting to reusable self‑service insights.
• Create executive analyses, recommendations, and business cases.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment and executive readouts.
