Job summary

JLL is seeking a Business Delivery Manager, Americas in Chicago, IL to bridge account objectives and operational excellence within a high-profile technology client account. The role focuses on communications, change management, and ensuring adoption across the Americas account team.

You will collaborate with senior leadership to plan service line programming, develop multi-channel communications, and drive continuous improvement in delivery and client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Design, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in strategic communications, account coordination, client experience, business operations, or related client-facing roles.
• Experience supporting senior leadership in client relationship activities.
• Creative Portfolio demonstrating professional client presentation work and project execution.
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, presentation software, and familiarity with AI-powered tools.
• Experience supporting high-value client relationships and understanding complex account dynamics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to adapt content for diverse audiences.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proven ability to translate complex strategies into action.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic delivery planning with roadmaps and program plans.
• Develop and execute multi-channel communication strategies for engagement; tailor messaging for diverse stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Senior Leadership to plan and execute service line programming.
• Schedule program rollouts and define success metrics with Programs and Performance managers.
• Drive change management initiatives and measure adoption and impact.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and drive continuous process improvement with Leadership and Governance teams.
