Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 13+ years of delivery, program, or portfolio management in complex environments.
• 6+ years of direct people management including managers/directors.
• Proven ownership of an enterprise delivery operating model or comparable system.
• Experience delivering enterprise‑critical, strategy‑linked initiatives with executive visibility.
• Budget ownership or investment portfolio management experience.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise delivery operating model — how strategy is funded, sequenced, governed, and delivered.
• Deliver the strategic portfolio — Tier‑1 initiatives tied to enterprise strategy.
• Build and sustain the delivery leadership bench across Directors and Principals; manage succession and development.
