Job summary

Stratagon is seeking a hands-on leader to own delivery across its marketing, services, and sales enablement teams. You will design systems, standards, and team structures to scale delivery and improve reporting, resourcing, and discipline within a fast-moving agency.

You will diagnose gaps, lead a team through ambiguity, and influence clients and internal teams to adopt a cohesive, high-performance delivery model that drives results for diverse clients.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading service delivery, PM or agency ops.
• Experience building systems and functions, not only running.
• HubSpot fluency or similar platform knowledge.
• Consultant's instinct to diagnose problems and fix them.
• Fluent in waterfall and agile delivery approaches.
• Experience managing internal plus contractor/partner delivery.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build delivery outcomes across Agency Services from ground up with ownership of requirements, schedules, budgets, and quality.
• Create program-level reporting on utilization, resourcing, and project health.
• Lead and grow centralized Project Management, expanding risk, issue, and change leadership.
• Lead Creative, Marketing and Sales Enablement teams toward standardized delivery cadence.
• Partner with Technology practice to deliver coherent plans across functions.
• Develop work breakdown structures and estimation standards for repeatable engagements.
• Build pre-vetted bench of contractors and partner firms to flex capacity.
• Influence clients and prospects on delivery capability as part of winning deals.
• Inspire direct reports and peers around new ways of working.
