Job summary

CampusWorks, Inc. seeks a Senior Director of Client Engagement to lead a portfolio of professional services engagements, ensuring successful delivery, client satisfaction, and trusted relationships.

You will forecast, manage resources, and guide project teams to achieve on-time, on-budget outcomes. You will partner with executive sponsors, coordinate with Services and Commercial teams, and drive strategic client value while balancing delivery risk and revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in professional services leadership with multiple concurrent engagements.
• Experience working with higher education clients preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of professional services engagements from initiation through completion, ensuring contracted outcomes and client satisfaction.
• Act as primary contact for client stakeholders regarding professional services delivery within assigned accounts.
• Manage engagement economics, forecasting, and resource utilization to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Provide coaching and feedback to project teams and supervise consultants as needed.
• Collaborate across functions to identify opportunities for additional client value and service improvements.
