Job summary

Cubic Corporation seeks a highly driven Business Development Lead with deep experience in U.S. and foreign defense training markets. Initial focus on Live, Virtual and Constructive capabilities, next-gen live monitoring/debrief systems (SPEAR), and P5 Combat Training System.

The role involves developing opportunities with U.S. and international manufacturers and partners, and supporting the capture process.

Qualifications

• Requires minimum 6 years related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 6 years with a Master's, or PhD with 3 years' experience.

Responsibilities

• Supports achievement of annual business plan through strategic customer engagement and product specialization for end user needs.
• Handles capture activities from identification to bid and proposal.
• Interacts with U.S. and foreign government and industrial customers.
• Supports marketing, trade shows and promotion activities as assigned.
• Reviews proposed technical approaches with proposal and program management teams.
