Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent experience with 12+ years; or Master’s with 10+ years.
• 7+ years supervising or leading teams.
• Experience in hybrid unclassified/classified program management and advanced capability systems.
• US citizenship with active Secret clearance; Top Secret preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, and control program activities to meet government requirements.
• Allocate resources across staffing, facilities, budgets, recruitment and training.
• Review ETCs, ECPs, BOEs, and other financial reports for contractual compliance.
• Lead EVM-based program management and support PMRs to customers.
• Coordinate with government stakeholders and cross-functional teams for mission success.
