Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or equivalent; 12+ years of experience, or Master’s with 10+ years.
Experience building strategic relationships with internal and external customers.
Experience leading hardware/software development teams; cross-disciplinary collaboration.

Responsibilities

Lead program teams through status reviews, provide guidance, and address issues.
Interface with customers to build relationships and drive future opportunities.
Contribute to proposals ensuring alignment with mission, financial, and divisional goals.
Coordinate with engineering, finance, contracts, growth, and supply chain for execution.
Address deficiencies in portfolio planning and execution.
Champion continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and quality.
