Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or equivalent with 12+ years (or Master’s with 10+ years).
• Experience building strategic relationships with customers and industry leaders.
• Proven experience leading hardware/software development teams.
• 12+ years leading cross-disciplinary teams of engineers, technicians, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one and group meetings with program teams to monitor status and guide issues.
• Interface with customers to build relationships and drive future opportunities.
• Provide business expertise to proposals aligning with mission and division goals.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment and timely execution.
• Provide solutions to deficiencies in planning and execution of the portfolio.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives to boost team efficiency and quality.
