Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Deputy Program Manager in Huntsville, AL to oversee a multi-hundred-person team delivering classified, advanced weapon system capabilities. You will drive profit and loss, staffing, and performance to meet program commitments and customer needs.

You will collaborate with government stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure technical execution and financial success on programs valued around $100M per year.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent with 12+ years experience, or Masters with 10+ years.
• 7+ years supervising or leading teams or projects.
• Experience with hybrid unclassified/classified program management.
• Leadership, P&L, government contracting.
• Earned Value Management on DoW contracts.
• Must be a US Citizen and possess a Secret Clearance (Top Secret desired).

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct and control program administrative and technical requirements to meet government needs.
• Manage resources including staffing, facilities, budgets, recruitment and training.
• Review Estimate to Complete and other financial reports per contractual requirements.
• Lead risk review and mitigation activities; report to COTR.
• Prepare program status reviews for government COTR and communicate issues and solutions.
• Ensure compliance with contract regulatory and administrative requirements.
• Review and approve financial and technical reports; manage EVM-based program management.
• Support PMRs to the customer.
