Job summary

You will interface with government clients, foreign partners, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to own scope, schedule, and budget across multiple geographies.

Qualifications

• Must have demonstrated experience with the U.S. Government acquisition process, including FAR/DFARS compliance.
• Experience managing programs with international scope (FMS, DCS, or other international defense programs).
• Strong leadership and ability to influence cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for executive-level audiences.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally a minimum of 70%.
• U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, secure, and manage resources to achieve international program goals.
• Ensure programs stay within scope, schedule, and budget with direct P&L responsibility.
• Interface with government officials, foreign partners, subcontractors, and internal teams across countries.
• Lead coordination of government acquisition activities in international environments with regulatory compliance.
• Develop and maintain integrated program schedules, budgets, risk registers, and status reports.
• Communicate program status, risks, and recommendations to executives and clients.
• Serve as primary contact for international partners and travelers, enabling effective communication.
• Travel internationally to support program execution, customer engagement, and partner coordination.
• Recommend and implement new processes and standards aligned with strategic objectives.
