Job summary

Collins Aerospace in Sterling, Virginia seeks a Program Engagement Lead to own planning, estimation and execution of scope for secured Program Work Environments within the DT org. You will be the primary DT touchpoint for assigned programs and act as a change agent for digital transformation, adoption of new capabilities, and achieving on-time delivery.

This hybrid role requires a DoD Top Secret clearance, on-site work in Sterling with up to 25% travel, and collaboration across DT, Facilities,

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience.
• U.S. Citizenship and Top Secret clearance is required prior to start date.
• Experience managing digital technology projects with infrastructure and software development oversight.

Responsibilities

• Document functional requirements and prepare DT bid materials with Basis of Estimates.
• Manage scope, cost, schedule and performance of projects, including forecasts and risks.
• Prepare status presentations for internal and external leadership.
• Coordinate with suppliers and 3rd parties to accelerate issue resolution.
