RTX is seeking a senior program/capture professional for a remote US-based role aligning with Collins Aerospace capabilities in military airborne communications. You will lead cross-functional efforts to win new DoD programs, forecast opportunities, and maintain key customer relationships from a remote setting near DC.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in defense electronics, DoD CONOPS expertise, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance. U.S. citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• University degree required, or an advanced degree with relevant experience.
• Ability to obtain/maintain DoD Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship required.
• 10+ years of experience across military, government, or defense electronics roles.

Responsabilités

• Capture new business in the military airborne communications market with PM and engineering leads.
• Develop, forecast, and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Present strategic growth opportunities via market and competitive analyses.
• Scan the environment for growth opportunities and lead cross-functional teams.
• Prepare profiles on competitors and potential acquisitions with financial analysis.
• Network with senior internal and external personnel and represent the organization on projects.
