Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking a Program Engagement Lead to drive planning, estimation, and execution for secured Program Work Environments. The role demands collaboration across engineering teams, management of scope and budgets, and active communication with internal and external stakeholders.

The position is hybrid and based in Cedar Rapids, IA, with travel up to 25% domestically. The candidate will own program lifecycle from proposal to sustainment, requiring extensive program management

Qualifications

• University degree required with significant relevant experience.
• Ability to attain a DoD clearance (Secret/Top Secret).
• Experience managing digital technology projects with infrastructure and software development.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience building Integrated Master Schedules.

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering stakeholders on schedule, cost and quality to meet customer needs.
• Coordinate across teams to plan requirements and manage program schedules.
• Develop understanding of customer roadmaps to identify opportunities for digital solutions.
• Prepare bids, proposals and manage scope, costs and schedules.
• Communicate project status to leadership and customers.
