Qualifications

• 2+ years of defense business development or military acquisitions experience.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing customer sets, markets, and technology.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead the full scope of business development: market segmentation, target identification, qualification, capture, proposal readiness, and bid development.
• Analyze the market for trends, procurement opportunities, and competition, aligning with company goals.
• Identify upcoming procurements and assess customers, competitors, and requirements.
• Run the capture process with SMEs, division managers, and project managers, including schedules and competitive assessments.
• Guide the development of technical and pricing proposals, including management and staffing plans and past performance narratives.
