Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Principal Decision Scientist to lead causal inference studies and sizing analyses informing strategic growth. You will partner with strategy leaders, build reusable analytics assets, and present insights to executives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in Decision Science, Data Science, Advanced Analytics, or related quantitative field.
• Expert SQL and strong Python skills with large datasets.
• Strong statistics and analytics expertise including hypothesis testing and predictive modeling.
• Demonstrated experience with causal inference and impact measurement.
• Healthcare/payer data expertise and familiarity with CMS risk adjustment and Stars methodologies (preferred).
• Executive communication and ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead deep statistical studies to prove member outcomes and provide quantitative sizing for growth opportunities.
• Design, build, and maintain causal inference studies for in-home health evaluation outcomes.
• Collaborate across Signify’s functions and standardize data pipelines, code reviews, and data models.
• Translate business questions into structured analytical approaches and perform new product/partnership sizings.
• Champion analytics best practices and mentor analytics talent across the organization.
• Present analyses to Signify’s ELT and executive leadership as needed.
