Job summary

CVS Health, within the Signify Health Strategy & Innovation team, is seeking a Principal Decision Scientist to design and build causal inference studies and sizing analyses that inform strategic recommendations.

You will lead clinical evidence generation, translate business questions into analytical approaches, and collaborate across functions while presenting insights to executive leadership. Strong SQL/Python and healthcare data experience are required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Decision Science or related field with proven impact.
• Expert SQL and Python; strong statistics and experimental design.
• Experience with causal inference and healthcare datasets.
• Executive communication and collaboration across teams.
• Experience with Snowflake and cloud data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead causal inference studies and sizing analyses for growth opportunities.
• Translate business questions into structured analytical plans.
• Create and validate reusable analytic assets and pipelines.
• Present findings to CVS Health and Signify ELT and leadership.
