Job summary

CVS Health’s Signify Health Strategy & Innovation team seeks a Principal Decision Scientist to design and build causal inference studies and sizing analyses underpinning strategic recommendations. The role leads statistical studies, collaborates across functions, and communicates insights to executives.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in decision science, expert SQL and Python, and healthcare data experience, with strong business communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Decision Science, Data Science or related field.
• Expert SQL and Python with large datasets.
• Strong statistics, regression, experimental design and predictive modeling.
• Experience with causal inference and impact measurement.
• Healthcare/payer data expertise.
• Executive communication skills in matrixed environments.
• Experience with Snowflake and cloud data platforms.
• Knowledge of ETL/ELT and relational/NoSQL databases.
• Ability to mentor analytics talent and standardize practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead deep statistical studies to prove member outcomes and quantify impact.
• Provide analytic support for strategic growth evaluations and sizing analyses.
• Collaborate across Signify's business functions and standardize technical practices.
• Present analyses to Signify's ELT and executive leadership.
• Champion analytics best practices and reusable assets.
