Job summary

CVS Health's Signify Health Strategy & Innovation team seeks a Principal Decision Scientist to design and build causal inference studies and sizing analyses that underpin strategic recommendations. You will lead clinical evidence generation and sizing for growth opportunities, collaborating across functions and presenting results to CVS Health's ELT.

Qualifications

10+ years in Decision Science, Data Science, or related field with ownership of complex analytical problems.
Expert SQL and strong Python skills with large datasets.
Strong statistics and advanced analytics including A/B testing and predictive modeling.
Experience with causal inference and impact measurement.
Healthcare/payer data expertise with claims, enrollment, etc.
Executive communication skills to translate problems and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead deep statistical studies to prove outcomes and provide quantitative sizing for growth opportunities.
Collaborate across Signify's business functions and with data professionals to standardize practices.
Present analysis to ELT and executive leadership as workstream lead or support.
Champion analytics best practices, version control, and reusable analytical assets.
