You will translate complex business questions into structured analyses using SQL, Python, and modern cloud platforms, shaping health care decisions and offerings.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Decision Science or related field with ownership of analytical problems.
• Expert SQL and Python with large datasets.
• Strong statistics, experimentation, and predictive modeling experience.
• Experience with causal inference and impact measurement.
• Healthcare/payer data expertise a plus.
• Strong business communication and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Experience with modern cloud data platforms.
• Knowledge of data engineering basics (ETL/ELT).
• Experience building reusable analytical assets and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead deep statistical studies to quantify member outcomes and inform strategy.
• Provide quantitative sizing for growth opportunities and new offerings.
• Collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams to standardize analytics practices and pipelines.
