Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Principal Decision Scientist to lead quantitative research and causal inference studies that inform strategy and new growth opportunities. You will collaborate across Signify's business functions and present directly to executive leadership.

Ideal candidates will have data-driven, entrepreneurial thinking, strong technical skills in SQL and Python, and experience with healthcare datasets and cloud data platforms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in Decision Science, Data Science, Advanced Analytics, or related field.
• Expert SQL and strong Python skills with large datasets.
• Strong applied statistics and advanced analytics expertise.
• Demonstrated experience with causal inference and impact measurement.
• Healthcare/payer data expertise and claims/enrollment data familiarity.
• Executive communication and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Experience with modern cloud data platforms.
• Knowledge of data engineering and scalable analytical datasets.

Responsibilities

• Lead deep statistical studies to prove member outcomes and support growth.
• Conduct product and partnership sizings using internal and public data.
• Present analyses to CVS Health ELT and senior leadership.
