Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in Decision Science, Data Science, Advanced Analytics, or related field.
• Expert SQL and strong Python skills with large datasets.
• Strong applied statistics and advanced analytics expertise.
• Causal inference and impact measurement experience.
• Healthcare/payer data expertise.
• Executive communication and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Experience with modern cloud data platforms (Snowflake, AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Knowledge of ETL/ELT and scalable analytical datasets.
• Experience establishing analytics best practices and reusable assets.
• Ability to present complex analyses to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Evidence Generation & Member Insights: build studies to quantify member outcomes.
• Analytic support for strategic and growth evaluations: size opportunities from data.
• Analytic best practices and cross‑company collaboration: standardize pipelines and documentation.
• Present analyses directly to CVS Health ELT and executives.
