Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in Decision Science or related field.
• Expert SQL and strong Python skills with large datasets.
• Strong applied statistics and experimental design knowledge.
• Experience with causal inference and impact measurement.
• Healthcare/payer data experience with healthcare datasets.
• Executive communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Snowflake and cloud data platforms experience (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• ETL/ELT and relational/NoSQL databases knowledge.
• Experience establishing analytics best practices and reusable assets.

Responsibilities

• Lead causal inference studies to quantify member outcomes and support workflow improvements.
• Translate business questions into structured analytical approaches for strategic evaluations.
• Collaborate across Signify's business functions and mentor analytics talent.
• Present analyses to the executive leadership team and ELT, building credibility.
