CVS Health’s Signify Health Strategy & Innovation team seeks a Principal Decision Scientist to design and build causal inference studies and sizing analyses that underpin strategic recommendations. You will collaborate across functions, mentor analytics talent, and present findings to executive leadership.

The role emphasizes data-driven problem solving, advanced analytics, and responsible experimentation in a healthcare context, with broad cross-team impact across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Decision Science or related field with ownership of analytical problems and recommendations.
• Expert SQL and Python skills with large datasets and statistical analysis.
• Experience with causal inference and impact measurement.
• Healthcare/payer data expertise including claims/enrollment datasets.
• Strong executive communication and ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead causal inference studies quantifying member outcomes and sizing analyses.
• Support strategic/growth evaluations with analytics and data storytelling.
• Champion analytics best practices, governance, and reusable assets.
• Present analyses to CVS Health ELT and executives to inform decisions.
