Responsibilities include skip tracing, documenting financial status, and coordinating with supervisors for settlements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years in collections, accounts receivable, or related field.
• Accurate typing and data entry skills.
• Basic knowledge of Excel.

Responsibilities

• Locate and contact businesses and/or personal guarantors to secure payment of delinquent accounts.
• Telephone outreach to determine reasons for overdue payments and negotiate resolutions.
• Document financial status and update notes in the firm’s system.
• Request and supply information and maintain status updates with parties involved.
• Utilize skip tracing tools to locate contact information and monitor file activity.
