Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Relationship Manager Associate to cultivate partnerships with dealers and support the Auto Finance business.

You will influence 60-80 dealerships, manage underwriting/funding discussions, and drive outbound calls to capture new business while analyzing territories for a strategic plan.

Based in Downers Grove, IL, the role requires in-office training for 90 days, with some weekend coverage; salary ranges from $74,200 to $84,700 plus potential incentives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business preferred; additional coursework in Finance or Sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate positive relationships with our dealerships.
• Optimize communication skills by creating strategic deals and goals with dealerships over the phone.
• Review the underwriting structure for COAF.
• Guide deals in house for funding.
• Analyze territory production goals.
• Partner with peers and teammates to achieve operational alignment and mutual objectives.
