Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Relationship Manager Associate to cultivate and manage relationships with 60-80 dealerships for Capital One Auto Finance. You will act as the primary liaison for underwriting and funding issues, handling outbound calls to capture business and inbound calls to analyze territories and develop a game plan to meet targets.

The role requires coordinating with auto finance teams, achieving sales goals, and maintaining high service levels for dealer partners.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• At least 1 year of experience in Financial Services or at least 1 year of Business to Business Sales experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business.
• 2+ years experience in Auto Finance.
• 2+ years experience in Customer Relations.
• 5+ years experience in Customer Service.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate positive relationships with our dealerships.
• Optimize communication skills by creating strategic deals and goals with dealerships over the phone.
• Review the structure in underwriting for COAF.
• Guide the deals in house for funding.
• Analyze territory production goals.
• Partner successfully with peers and teammates to efficiently achieve operational alignment and mutual objectives.
