Job summary

Capital One Financial Corporation in Downers Grove, IL seeks an Assistant Relationship Manager to act as the primary dealer contact for service and execution needs. You will support ASM/DSM/RM partners, provide high-touch concierge service, resolve dealer issues, and educate dealers on Capital One Auto Finance programs, tools, and policies.

This role requires strong communication, multitasking, and attention to detail, with in-office work five days a week during training and potential weekend

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
• Preferred Associate’s Degree.
• 2 years of Sales or Customer Service Experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main point of contact for dealer customer service escalations.
• Provide high touch concierge service.
• Develop understanding of Capital One Auto Finance programs and tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve dealer issues.
• Educate dealers on Capital One Auto Finance programs, policies and procedures.
• Engage with dealers via inbound/outbound calls, email, and dealer messaging.
• Support sales partners with business development and scheduling.
