Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of financial accounting due diligence experience
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting or related field
• CPA or equivalent credential required or equivalent credential
• Working knowledge of US GAAP, SEC reporting, and purchase accounting
• High proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and database skills

Responsibilities

• Assist with core financial due diligence: identify risks and deal breakers, assess strengths and weaknesses vs. industry benchmarks
• Analyze detailed financial statements and synthesize data for discussions with target management
• Assess quality of reported earnings, net assets, and cash flows
• Construct deal-focused reports and presentations with key findings and value drivers
• Coordinate with engagement teams and maintain client relationships
