Job summary

Medline Industries, LP seeks a senior operations leader to oversee a large, complex distribution center. You will manage resources across receiving, storage, picking, packing, and loading, and you will set procedures to verify shipments and keep inventory accurate.

You will lead daily processes to ensure on-time fulfillment, support sales teams, and resolve customer issues. The role involves staffing, training, and promoting safe, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 5 years of management experience in warehousing.
• High School diploma with at least 7 years of management experience.
• Experience leading large distribution center teams preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage resources and processes for a large, complex distribution center operation.
• Direct day-to-day activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and loading of customer orders.
• Establish procedures for verification of shipments and inventory accuracy.
• Lead daily processes to ensure on-time order fulfillment and safe production practices.
• Support sales and leadership to deliver outstanding customer service and resolve service failures.
• Hire, train, and develop staff; manage performance and salaries; ensure OSHA compliance.
