Responsibilities

• Lead and measure daily processes to ensure on-time order fulfillment and production excellence.
• Support sales and resolve service failures; assist with customer concerns and OSI processes.
• Manage HR processes, staff development, safety, and compliance with OSHA regulations.
• Control expenses, manage budgets, and enforce company policies and staff guidelines.
