Excellus BCBS is seeking a Data Request Support Consultant to manage client data and analytic requests, aligning specifications with stakeholders and delivering timely insights. The role partners with provider and vendor relationships to ensure accurate requirements and real-time status updates.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree (or six years of relevant experience), strong MS Office proficiency, and proven project management and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of relevant professional experience.
• Healthcare insurance industry experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required; six (6) years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains efficient processes for managing requests, tracking progress, and communicating status updates to stakeholders.
• Analyzes, organizes, and delivers data insights using effective reporting tools and communication methods.
• Partners with stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify expectations, and assess business needs to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
• Serves as the primary liaison between the reporting organization and clients, providing regular updates on project progress, key metrics, and backlog status.
• Assists in determining any needed details or specifications related to data requests and analyses.
