Job summary

Excellus BCBS is seeking a Data Request Support Consultant to manage client data and analytic requests, focusing on alignment, clear communication, and timely completion. You will coordinate with provider and vendor relationships and act as the subject matter expert on data requests and analyses.

You will track updates in real-time, share key metrics with leadership, and ensure privacy compliance while supporting organizational goals and client satisfaction across the reporting function.

Qualifications

• Three years of professional experience; healthcare insurance experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or six years of experience in lieu.
• Demonstrated success with project management and meeting deadlines.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite and basic technical tools.
• Ability to collaborate with clients and work independently on complex projects.
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
