Qualifications

• Three (3) years of relevant professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree in related field required; six (6) years of experience in lieu of degree acceptable.
• Demonstrated successes with project management and adherence to deadlines.
• Knowledge of technology and technical tools preferred to help with processes.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains efficient processes for managing requests, tracking progress, and communicating status updates to stakeholders.
• Analyses, organizes, and delivers data insights using effective reporting tools and communication methods for client understanding and decision-making.
• Partners with stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify expectations, and assess business needs to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
• Serves as the primary liaison between the reporting organization and clients, providing regular updates on project progress and metrics.
