Qualifications

• Three years of relevant professional experience in healthcare insurance preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required; six years of experience acceptable in lieu of a degree.
• Strong project management, deadlines, and process management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with clients and work independently on detailed projects.
• Advanced MS Office skills and solid organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains processes for managing requests and tracking progress.
• Analyses data insights and communicates status to stakeholders.
• Gathers requirements and aligns expectations with project objectives.
• Acts as liaison between the organization and clients with regular updates.
• Clarifies specifications to aid clarity and completion of data requests.
• Escalates requests to expedite completion with key parties.
• Maintains detailed content in meetings, emails, and discussions.
• Reports key metrics and discusses improvements with leadership.
• Upholds company values and member privacy in all activities.
• Maintains reliable attendance and performs other duties as assigned.
