Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant professional experience; healthcare insurance industry preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required; in lieu, 6 years of experience.
• Proven project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Technology and tools knowledge to support efficient processes.
• Ability to collaborate with clients and manage detailed projects independently.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
• Strong organizational, communication and process documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains efficient request management processes.
• Analyzes data insights and delivers clear client reports.
• Gathers requirements and aligns project objectives with stakeholders.
• Keeps clients updated on progress, metrics, and backlog.
• Clarifies data requests and specifications to aid completion.
• Escalates requests to expedite completion with key parties.
• Maintains detailed content in discussions, emails, and meetings.
• Provides updates on turnaround times and key metrics to leadership.
• Upholds privacy policies and values of the organization.
• Performs other functions as assigned.
