Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains processes for managing requests and communicating status to stakeholders.
• Delivers data insights and reporting to support client understanding and decision-making.
• Partners with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment on project objectives.
• Acts as liaison between reporting team and clients, providing updates on progress and metrics.
• Supports detailed data request specifications and expedites escalated requests with key parties.
