Job summary

• Engage with Solutions Architects to understand the full use case demand plan for prioritised customers
• Lead the post-technical win strategy and execution plan for dominant use cases in strategic accounts
• Be the accountable technical leader for specific use cases across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Serve as the first technical contact for production/go-live status and any issues across customer use cases
• Coordinate with Shared Services, Education, Onboarding/Technical Services, and PS to build appropriate delivery tasks
• Develop and execute a point-of-view to accelerate key use cases into production with PS if needed
• Navigate Databricks and maintain strong executive relationships to drive adoption and value
