Job summary

Government Recruitment Service in Worcester is seeking an Operational Management Information Developer to shape data-driven decisions within the Working Age Services Directorate. You will produce management information and visualisations using Power BI to support operational and strategic decisions.

You will develop analytical products using SQL, combine data from multiple sources, and lead performance improvement projects with senior stakeholders to drive efficiency and better customer outcomes.

Qualifications

Must pass Security Check clearance.
Experience turning data into actionable insights.
Ability to influence decision making through evidence and analysis.
Experience working with Operations and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Produce management information, analysis and visualisations using Power BI.
Develop analytical products using SQL.
Combine data from multiple sources to generate insights.
Lead analytics and performance improvement projects.
Identify opportunities to improve service delivery across Universal Credit and Labour Market services.
Engage with stakeholders at all levels to influence decisions.
Present findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment.
