Job summary

Signature Performance is seeking a Data Analyst to design and deliver analytics solutions that drive business decisions. You will build Power BI dashboards, models, and visuals, while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure requirements are translated into actionable insights.

You will work with data from multiple sources, apply SQL and data modeling techniques, and maintain dashboards to support ongoing performance monitoring.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data analytics or BI with delivery of analytics projects
• Experience integrating data from multiple sources for reporting
• Strong Power BI experience: data models, DAX, performance, access
• Strong SQL skills: queries, joins, validation
• Understanding of data governance and data quality issues
• Translate business questions into analytics outputs with impact
• Clear communication to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics needs
• Design, build, test, publish, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models
• Turn business questions into practical analytics solutions for decision-making
• Query, validate, and interpret data from multiple sources using SQL
• Maintain and improve dashboards, datasets, and analytics assets
• Troubleshoot report, refresh, and data quality issues with IT as needed
• Support data organization, storage, and access practices for reliability
• Document reports, data sources, and business rules
• Participate in reviews to refine analytics products and stakeholder experience
