Job summary
Strategic Insight, Ltd. is seeking an Operations Lead and Data / Business Intelligence Analyst to drive data strategy for a federal client. You will lead data governance, analytics, and BI initiatives, delivering scalable, enterprise-grade solutions within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
The role emphasizes partnering with stakeholders, translating requirements into actionable insights, and shaping digital transformation through Microsoft 365 and Power Platform technologies.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree and 3+ years (Mid) or 5+ years (Sr.) related experience.
- Strong data visualization skills with Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 data solutions (Dataverse, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint).
- Proven analytical skills with qualitative/quantitative analysis and reporting.
- Experience in data management, SharePoint, and cloud migration; familiarity with DoD or federal agencies.
Responsibilities
- Support the Data Lead in collecting, analyzing, and reporting project-specific data and other business needs.
- Design and advise on Microsoft 365 business solutions, primarily using Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Dataverse) and applying Microsoft’s best practices.
- Work with other application teams to integrate with client systems/processes (APIs, SQL, SFTP, web requests).
- Leverage experience in analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of enterprise-scale apps to aid digital maturity.
- Analyze varied data sets, generate concise reports, and present recommendations to support transformation initiatives.
