Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in data analytics, business analytics, information systems, statistics, mathematics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of data analysis, BI, or reporting experience.
• Proficiency with Excel and multi-source data analysis.
• Experience developing reports, metrics, and visualizations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Gather, validate, and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends and opportunities.
• Conduct recurring and ad hoc analyses for business questions and stakeholder needs.
• Translate findings into clear conclusions, recommendations, and actionable insights.
• Define and evaluate metrics and KPIs to support operational objectives.
• Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.
