Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, BI, reporting, or related analytical role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience analyzing data from multiple sources.
• Experience developing reports, metrics, visualizations, or other analytical products.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather, validate, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and opportunities.
• Conduct recurring and ad hoc analyses to address business questions and stakeholder needs.
• Translate analytical findings into clear conclusions, recommendations, and actionable insights.
• Define and evaluate metrics and KPIs to support operational and stakeholder objectives.
• Use Power BI or similar tools to develop and enhance reporting and BI solutions.
