Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Five years of relevant experience.
• Doctorate in Higher Education or related field preferred.
• Experience using data for planning and decision making preferred.
• Experience in academic or student services preferred.
• Experience in a college setting preferred.
• Experience with executive-level assignments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports data and research needs of the Office of the Vice Chancellor and Provost by collaborating with Institutional Research to provide timely, relevant, accurate, and insightful student success data.
• Collects quantitative data from various systems for analysis and to aid in student success initiatives.
• Works with large data sets, exports/imports, and infers data relationships to support strategic decisions.
• Manages multiple projects with shifting deadlines and priorities.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to plan and implement college academic initiatives.
• Prepares reports summarizing data and analyses with clear implementation strategies.
• Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information related to students and staff.
