The position requires a Master’s degree and 3+ years of related experience, with strong knowledge of LMS, instructional design technologies, and data reporting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• Three (3) years’ working experience related to the Essential Performance Requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Instructional Design department by leading complex projects and coordinating departmental functions to drive continuous improvement.
• Communicates complex information clearly to support collaborative decision-making and efficient workflow across teams.
• Collects, analyzes, and synthesizes institutional data related to faculty online certification status to inform planning and decisions.
• Manages projects, tracks progress, and produces data-driven reports for college operations.
• Designs and maintains dashboards that visualize department and campus needs for online teaching and learning.
• Develops, documents, and maintains standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Monitors team communications and email/help tickets to ensure timely responses.
• Coordinates procurement for educational technology tools, including renewals and vendor communications.
