Job summary

Qualifications

• Case management experience and ability to work with students.
• Experience using data to inform decisions and measure outcomes.
• Understanding of student development theories and confidentiality requirements.
• Excellent time management, coordination, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Envision, plan and follow through with student development programs and activities.
• Plan and facilitate campus programs and college-wide events.
• Ensure programs comply with regulations and college policies.
• Support a caseload of students to track retention, persistence, engagement, and graduation.
• Coordinate workshops and engagement opportunities promoting experiential learning.
• Act as a resource and advocate for student concerns.
• Review enrollment, academic standing, and related student success data.
• Establish measurable outcomes and provide reporting on services and events.
• Maintain FERPA compliance and risk management practices.
