Job summary

Albireo Energy is seeking a high-performing Account Executive to drive strategic growth within the Data Center market across the Dallas–Fort Worth region. This role focuses on hunters with deep connections to hyperscale, colocation, and mission critical environments.

You will develop trusted relationships with owners, developers, engineers and contractors, identify opportunities early in projects, and position BAS/EPMS/SCADA/PLC solutions as a strategic advantage for clients.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data center, mission critical, BAS, EPMS, PLC, SCADA, mechanical systems, or infrastructure sales.
• Strong network within the Dallas-Fort Worth construction and mission critical market.
• Experience selling into data centers, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or other critical environments.
• Ability to develop and close complex technical sales opportunities.
• Approximately 25–50% travel throughout the region and key client locations.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional growth strategy focused on hyperscale, colocation, enterprise, healthcare, pharmaceutical, and mission critical facilities.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities with data center developers, owner/operators, general contractors, mechanical contractors, consulting engineers, and end users.
• Lead complex solution sales involving BAS/BMS, EPMS platforms, SCADA systems, PLC-based controls, and integrated mission critical infrastructure solutions.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key stakeholders across strategic accounts.
• Represent Albireo Energy at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
